Antrenamentele de grup (clasele) sunt dintre cele mai diversificate, impartite in 3 nivele de
dificultate: incepator, mediu si avansat:
Nivel incepator:
Pilates, Power Pilates, Pilates Shape, Stretching, Yoga, Yogilates, Corex&Postural, Fitball.
Nivel mediu:
Tonic Body, Abdomene, brate, fese, Abs workout, Coapse, fese, Full Body Workout, Total Body Workout, Tonic Pump, Butt&Abs, Slim Fit.
Nivel avansat:
Step, Circuit Training, Functional Training, Fat Burn, Fat Burn Cardio, Tae Bo, Suspension Training, Interval Training, Cross Fitness, Partner workout.
